All bookings are subject to availability. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Boho Retreat reserves the right to cancel any reservation if payment is not received.
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out time is until 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to check-in are eligible for a 100% refund (excluding transaction fees). Cancellations between 14 to 7 days before check-in will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable. In case of early check-outs or no-shows, no refunds will be provided. For bookings made via third-party platforms, their respective cancellation policies apply.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Boho Retreat is not liable for the loss of personal belongings or valuables.
